I never said Jerry doesn't make mistakes. He does.
Giving Romo an extension will be his biggest yet.
Right next to the Deion Sanders contract.

Once again ....its a opinion from a former player looking in....probably reading the same mediot crap we have for years.
I love how former players state a opinion when they have no real proof on how much Jerry delegates or not. I dont think Rodger has ever been in Jerry meetings with coaches and scouts.....or in a war room during the draft...etc...
The hate for Jerry is just too funny......must be jump on Jerry week.......Next week...Romo?

Your clothes are outdated.

He has a choice, but if things continue to go in this direction his choice will be face empty seats and a rebellion or hire a GM.

I don't see a team that is lacking in talent.Superbowl winning talent?Maybe not..
Playoff contending talent? The Cowboys have more than enough!
Jerry has done a good job as GM, the reason the laymans can't see it, is because of the trash at QB.
Jerry Jones is not the reason the Cowboys average 17.75ppg.
Jerry Jones is not the reason the Cowboys are 3-5.
Tony Romo is the cause of all of this...Ric Flair

The most powerful thing we can do to send a message is exercise our right as consumers and hurt his pocket a little but I don't see that happening.

Consumer boycotts rarely work. Jerry has a captive market and he knows it. At the worst some of the casual fans will drop off, but he knows the star has a certain power about it that it is hard to refuse.

You have two choices. Allow Jerry to destroy the team and keep it that way year after year while receiving no flak for it or you can make that experience as miserable as possible for him. He should be asked every day about hiring a real GM. He should hear it from the fans on a regular basis. It needs to be a constant rallying cry so that he spends a portion of each day dealing with it.
Will it make a difference? I don't know but that's not the point. You boo and hate Redskins, Giants and Eagles for being our on field rival. For trying to prevent us from getting back on top. Surely the guy who single-handedly destroyed this team and keeps them down for his own ego deserves the same type of treatment. He's done more damage than any rival ever has.
[View Full Quote]For years nobody ever wanted to ask Jerry about this. Then when they did, he'd spout off this my role has never changed nonsense and was allowed to get away with it. Nobody ever offered a rebuttal. Oh, he's getting mad....better drop this line of questioning. It's good to see some progress in this area. Hold his feet to the flame. We've had enough of his nonsense. We see through his con. The team's hurting, Jer....and your usual BS won't cut it this time.

Everything else has been tried - it's past time to hire an independent, professional GM, let him choose the head coach.
What if the uproar on JJ continues and becomes daily fare on the four sports stations in D/FW, and JJ can't go out in public without facing it? For the fans to make it clear when he dies his epitaph will be for what he did since 1997 and nothing else? At that point will JJ finally behave like Murchinson, Rooney, or sell the team? While I hope so, he seems mental enough he might actually prefer to die in debt. But I favor doing this since everything else has been tried. In the meantime, lets spend time following the Rangers, Mavs, Stars, etc.
