Seriously, Michonne is written so poorly it's almost comical.

I thought the only cool thing with last night's episode - which was really awesome - was what they did with the governor *dont want to give away spoiler.

They really duped those, like me, who have read the comics and know what he has in his house. Really creative way to add a surprisee.

But IMO the weakest of season 3 (so far).

So are they telling us that one zombie ate Lorie? LOL!
this show was just confusing. did the fat zombie eat lori? if so, why was a grave dug? rick's ranting was overboard and i didn't buy a second of it.

where could the bald chic have gone to where she's out for an entire episode? it makes no sense. as far as i can tell this is a lousy follow up to one of my fav episodes.

Finally was able to watch the episode. Loved it. Yep, Rick is starting to go over the deep end as he did in the comic....ring ring! bwaa ha ha. I wonder if Michonne will start with her, ahem, weirdness as well...that was great in the comics when Rick & Michonne kind of found each other out ha ha.

Picturing this episode in comics form, it was classic Robert Kirkman stuff. Especially the bloated zombie after having EATEN Lori! And there is NO doubt at all that (1) Carl shot his mom AFTER she died giving birth and that (2) a zombie happened along and literally ate her. Entirely. Leave it to Kirkman to go into that kind of horror. Guess he did it on the show because of some of the other things he could not do that he did in the comics...

They are leaving us guessing right now of the fate of Carol, I think, based on their interview responses on Talking Dead and stuff...

It was a placeholder episode to setup future action, yeah. A bit disappointing. I think they dug the grave not knowing she was inside a fat zombie's belly. But Rick got what was left back. I expect Carol to make an appearance as a zombie down the road. I've been staying away from the comic book plots, so that's just a wild guess.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

In the "scenes from the next episode," Darryl said "This is Carol's knot" or something to that effect. Led me to think that he realizes that she's still in there alive.

It was a quick clip and I might have misinterpreted, but that's how I took it.

That's interesting and sort of silly at the same time. I could care less if she comes back as a zombie. That would do nothing to the story for me. If she's alive and starving locked in a cell somewhere, that's interesting.

Rick is starting to get on my nerves and might need to die soon.

In the comics neither die at least as far as I have gotten (past the jail). In fact the old guy, carol's daughter didn't die either. The guy whose leg was cut off wasn't Herschel either. They didn't come with them originally to the jail. Rick died way earlier too. I like the show my wife said that they wrote a book based on the series.

Did you mean Shane?

One of the producers said recently that the series is essentially "Rick's Story" (about the post-zombie apocalypse)
