Yeah, no Giants.

I don't expect it but if they somehow got to 8-5 I would be extremely confident going into the last 3 weeks of the season

When was the last time a team from the NFC East won in Baltimore?
Let's get past the Browns first. Take 1 game at a time.

u don't win 2 super bowls without being a good coach. Compairing him to Switzer who won with a team that already had won 2 and Billick who was carried by arguably the greatest defense ever, really shows you either don't like coughlin or know little about football

I'm not counting the first SB for obvious reasons

With us having the weaker schedule there is a great opportunity to win the division now because all know the Giants are losing atleast 3 of those games. So if the Cowboys go 5-2 in their last 7 games they should win the division and finish at 9-7 while the Giants fall to 8-8.

I feel a lot better about our chances right now.

you'll never learn......Why, why does every fan just automatically put wins in the bank with this team...why? IT NEVER HAPPENS!!!!

The most crucial difference so far between this season and last season:

Last season, the Cowboys went 0-4 against the Giants and Eagles.

This season, the Cowboys are already 2-1 against those two teams.

I made a thread about this earlier this week.

I wasn't counting on the Giants losing to the Bengals, but now that they have. It opens up a whole bunch of possibilities for the Cowboys. All the Boys have to do is continue to take advantage of the weak schedule.

I'm confident the coaching staff is making up a solid game plan for the Browns...And right now that's all that matters.

My point is that first SB had nothing to do with him

I know the divisional games are important, but they need to win most of the other games as well in order to make the playoffs.

We can't rely on other teams to lose out just so we make it. I hate that scenario. For crying out loud if we win our own games, nothing else matters.

I'll be happy if we're able to get the next two games here and go into next weekend rooting for the Packers. If we're lucky enough to get things back to even, the rest of the season should be enjoyable, if nothing else.

I'm also just excited that we'll soon have Murray back and our OL the way we expected it for the season. Between that, working in a few of the young WRs, and the soft schedule, at least the feelings of being so limited on offense have a shot at getting worked out.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee
