Seattle has done pretty well early on this year due mainly to its defense and some very fortunate breaks on big plays (Green Bay comes to mind). Seattle's opponents going forward are going to have the advantage of game film on the rookie QB's strengths and weaknesses going forward. Defenses will start to exploit that as time goes on.

And you think the bills, dolphins, rams, and cardinals will be able to do this. I don't buy seattle as a contender, but their schedule is easy enough for them to get the 6 seed.

If you can beat the pats and packers at home, no reason you can't beat the niners at homer too.

All of Seattle's losses have been in the conference. They'd lose tie breakers to just about everyone else at 9-7.
So if Dallas loses 2 more games they likely get in over Seattle at 9-7.
Seattle could EASILY lose to both MIA and BUF because those are road games. Seattle is very poor on the road. They average like 17 PPG on the road. They have 1 road win on the entire season and that was versus CAR.
They have lost to ARI, DET and STL on the road. They really aren't good on the road.

Wow, the tides have turned such that they're virtually guaranteed to sweep a set of teams they went 0-3 against just weeks ago.
Whatever you say man. But it's funny I remember them being pretty dang good in Week 2 of the season, so if they've improved that much since, they should win out. We should put money on them for the Super Bowl as well.

And just like last year, if we don't win it, we don't deserve to be in the playoffs. It's really that simple. If this team wants it, they need to go get it. Nothing standing in their way, it's all right there in front of them.

In case you missed it the seahawks don't lose at home, will they beat the niners at home? Maybe, maybe not, but I think its pretty reasonable to think a team that beat the packers and patriots at home is going to be able to take care of the cardinals and rams. We have to finish a game ahead of them to beat them out. For them to get to 9-7, all they have to do is beat those teams at home, and get either the buffalo or the miami game.

That's what bothers me, .. we have seen this before.
It was right in front of them and they didn't seem interested.
They need to prove something this time.

Oh, they'll prove something one way or the other. Again, it's really up to them. I mean, let's face it, if this team can't string some wins together playing teams like Cleveland, Washington and Philly at home, they really are mediocre and I will have no more "what ifs" about this team.

We have all waited a long time to see this team step up.
You are right, we could be 7-5 just by taking care of business at home.
