Default Bernadeau expected to start at Center

IRVING, Texas – What has gone from a contingency plan to a probable occurrence, Mackenzy Bernadeau is expected to start Sunday’s game at center against the Browns.

The starting right guard for every game this season, Bernadeau will likely slide to center and replace Ryan Cook, who hasn’t practiced all week with a knee injury. Cook was listed as “doubtful” to play against Cleveland.

“I think I’ve gotten better every day in practice. I’m getting better so I am ready,” Bernadeau said. “I’ve played before in the past years … even though I haven’t played in a regular season game, I’m comfortable at the position and comfortable with the guys I’m playing around. And I’m familiar with the system calls.”

Bernadeau said the technique is the biggest adjustment to make, over the snaps and line calls.

At least Romo won't have to search for where the leak in the line will come. Just look straight ahead, Tony.

Interesting to see if we make a roster move here. We only have 7 healthy guys and may not want to dress Arkin

Kowalski should dress.
"I could've done a $2 billion takeover (in another industry) with the capital I put in the Dallas Cowboys," he says. "I really could see (myself as) the idiot who had something real good, who blew it all to coach the Cowboys. I just knew that was going to be my legacy." Jerry Jones 9/14/2012

Broaddus just tweeted that's it's obvious they have no plan for Arkin.

We'll settle this with a good dust up.

Cook has had injury problems for several weeks now.

Why do I think this has more to do with Cook not getting enough push in the running game and less to do with his knee problem?

Poor Tony
We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.

I know that when we do not have the kind of success, when we don't have expectations lived up to, the one that should get the most heat is the one that ultimately makes the decisions, period, with the Dallas Cowboys. And that's me."

I'm actually a bit interested at the direction this experiment takes.

He is harder to move, as is Dockery next to him.

I wasn't aware that the front for Cleveland was next in line to the Ravens.

And they both should be hard to bull rush against.
There's no right way to do the wrong thing.

To compete for the playoffs, Dallas has to improve here: Only four sacks against Eli Manning over the past six games!

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.
