Everyone on this team is too nice though. Romo needs to throw some teammates under the bus but he never does. This team doesn't have anyone that moves the needle...when they suck, it's all just the same "We'll do better next time, we'll improve" generic crap that plays into the Culture of Mediocrity

Unfortunately, our owner is out of ideas, and he knows he's out of ideas. He feels powerless over the team, and I honestly believe he's finding shelter in the only power he still has: making the lives of fans miserable.

He was a pretty good player when they paid him but he is just beyond awful at this point.

The defense needs to get a turnover and this offense needs to go no huddle in the 2nd half. The urgency needs to be there in full effect.
