He is certainly in over his head. He needs an O-coordinator.

Lol at all those fans waiting with their cell cams as the team comes out of the locker room. Really?

If anyone is emotionally attached to this team, you are foolish. This team does not have the mental makeup to win games when they have to. The OLine is not good, the team doesn't understand down and distance and situational football. They make penalties at crucial times and the coach struggles with game management. Bad player and mediocre coaching is a recipe for a 6-10 or 7-9 team. Jerry is full of promises but does not have the ability to be the GM of this team. Until he walks away, all you can do is watch the yearly implosion. Sad that it has come to this and he has ruined football for so many people.

Only one thing can save us. If Browns decide to lose to secure their draft spot.
Bye Free and Bernadeau.
Bye Austin and Ogletree.
Bye Sensy and McCray.

Bye Garrett.

My biggest problem is PREPARATION. Besides Week 1, we always seem to struggle with getting on a roll, penalties, and just basic game planning. How do you have last week happen and a chance to make a move for the season and come out flat and outprepared?Coaching

We'll settle this with a good dust up.
