Look around the league, people.
Jags hung tough with the Texans, Cards hung tough with the Falcons. Rams tied the 49ers last week. Hell, look at the Browns' results week-to-week. This team competes.
Welcome to parity. Any win is a good win.

You just can't be a real contender with an OL this bad.

In fairness, our OL was juggled considerably today. And, yes, it was really bad.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Just what I thought another nail biter, but we just barely won. Our OL is bad. We are lucky to have Tony Romo. Anyone else behind center would be in the ICU.

In case this win wasn't good enough for some of you, look at what happened to the Texans today. They almost lost to the Jaguars and Garrett isn't even their coach!!!

Have to give it up for Romo and the receivers today
Dez Bryant haters need to keep their mouths shut today. Dude was a beast. Witten, Austin and even Dwayne Harris made important plays today, too. On a day in which the offensive line was a sieve, those guys came through.
And what about Tony Romo? He was masterful, despite being absolutely abused by his offensive line and restrained by his playcaller for the entire first half.
In the past three games (yes, yes, I know about some the few stinkers before that), Romo has gone 79 for 111 (71.2% completion percentage) for 843 yards, with 4 touchdowns and ZERO interceptions.
Game balls all around for the passing game today.

They're just bad. Injuries aren't creating this. A lack of talent is.

Good point. Win is a win is a win.
We won, that's all that matters. Every team has close games against teams they're not supposed to.
OL needs a major overhaul in the offseason however. It's clear that they are a gigantic handicap to the QB and coach. We could stand to have new guys across the board, save Tyron. Free needs to be driven to and abandoned at the garbage dump

Got that one by the skin of our teeth. I'm not under and delusion that this team is a superbowl contender but a win is a win.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

I just wish we could somehow get Tony Romo the ball in his hands with 90 seconds on the clock and a chance to win a title.
I believe he could do it.

When has Garrett blamed the players? I can't think of a time once.

That fumble was another bad play called by Garrett. If he would just stick to what was working, we could have wrapped up this game sooner.

Fumble is all on Romo, it is situational awareness, you don't have to extend plays when broken things when you are leading by 4 points, ball security is more important.
What was bad play call is three running plus in your 1 yard line when Cleveland had 3 TOs and punt the ball from deep end zone to J.cribbs. at least u try to get one throw to sidelines or slant.

This is a good point. The line today wasn't significantly worse than the line at any other point this season. That's what my eyes tell me anyway. Maybe Adam has some more objective measures.
"Many of the greatest things man has achieved are not the result of consciously directed thought, and still less the product of a deliberately coordinated effort of many individuals, but of a process in which the individual plays a part which he can never fully understand." - Friedrich Hayek
