Two wins in a row for the first time this year
... and we're back at .500.
Nothing to gloat about but I'd rather be 5-5 than 4-6 ... which looked like a real possibility today.
We played terrible. We know that.
Washington took it to the Iggles today ... which makes our match up with the Skins ever more important on Turkey Day.
I'm going to be in northern VA to celebrate Turkey Day with family. I'm going to be surrounded by Skins fans. But the turkey will taste so much better if we win this one. If we beat the Skins, and the Gnats falter on Sunday ... we're amazingly back in the hunt for the NFC East.
Though, with more performances like today, I don't think anything is a given.
I'm happy about the win. That's all I can ask of this team these days ...

Skins looked good today. If we play like we did today, and they'll send Romo to the infirmary.

Bet we don't take the Sk*ns likely after today.
Come-on, short turnaround helping us out at home! We could use a break, because the Pack looks like it could roll the NYFG.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

This team is crazy. I can't figure this team out. I'm just glad they won. They can't play like this and win every week. I think if the oline was just decent they would be able to dominate teams.

Anyone that thinks the skins is a gimme game after watching the cowboys this year needs to schedule themselves a mental evaluation.

I'm going to need blood pressure meds after more games like today. I'm happy for the W, but not happy about the way we played.

I expect it to be like the majority of our games. A close back and forth game decided in the final minutes.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.
