Jerry Said He Expects Some Level Of Success
He said that in his post game presser, that he expects some level of success from this team and fighting back from down 25 is "hollow" if you end up still losing.
This is the first time I have heard any hint of basically throwing Garrett under the bus. When asked about Garrett, Jerry basically said he didnt want to go there at this time, not even a vote of confidence, just basically a "no comment" response.
All hope is not lost fellas, Jerry may finally be realizing what a tragic mistake he made hiring the red headed idiot.
As the official head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Jason Garrett is 16-16............"Its a Process of stacking good days"
2013 Prediction: "NO PLAYOFFS"

But Romo calls most of the plays in the hurry up.
If Garrett is not going to call the plays, why do we need him?

Since he owns the team, kinda a moot point.
At least if we get a decent coach like Payton or Holmgreen, it will negate the affect of Jerry.

I don't think firing Garrett fixes anything we've been down that road so many times and the results are always the same. Give the man a chance with his own team and not a 50/50 mix of his guys and BP/Wade leftovers that have proven again and again under mulitple coaches that they can't win. I honestly don't think these guys will suddenly "get it" with a 4th coach

Could be that Jerry's faith in his "yes man" is waning

Is there anything to like about the direction the Cowboys are going under Garrett?
"That would be real difficult right now because you would have to point to things like comebacks, and that's hollow when you are not winning the game," Jones said. "Or last week, we win one, and we have to come back to win it, but we don't win it playing well. So that's hollow right now."

I Want to Believe, but this team hasn't given me anything to Believe in.

Too much is made of what Jerry says after games.
I don't believe Garrett will be back.I believe Garrett will fire himself by his teams dismal performance.
I believe the Cowboys will have at least two new offensive linemen next season.Maybe even a real safety!(wishful thinking)
What Jerry says after a game won't change my mind either way.
Like Jerry is supposed to poop on the OL he has to go to war with for six more games(when they had a 5-5 record..in the thick of the playoff hunt). Why do that? That doesn't mean he doesn't see an upgrade is needed.Didn't he do the same in secondary(unfortunately they aren't looking too good)?

Payton would be my choice as well, but if it is Holmgreen or the red head idiot, I go with Holmgreen.
At least he has some skins on the wall, Garrett has done jack in this league.

Then just let romo go out and play streetball
Garrett can sit back and observe the game

Did you want to give Campo a chance with his own team too?

He took the Seahawks to the SB without Favre. He would be an instant upgrade to JG.
My first choice would be Payton but if I had to choose between JG and Holmgren, I'd take Holmgren.

We would probably actually start winning some games if we did this, seriously.
