Cole slaw
Let's hear your recipe. I need some neat ideas. Thanks.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Cole slaw looks like salad that someone's already chewed on. Not sure of that's a recipe you'd be interested in so sorry about that.

This is the one I normally use, I let it to set up in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.

Also I add celery seed, because they are awesome imo.

I love a good cole slaw so I'll chime in something worthy of note.. Obviously nobody has the time nowadays to cut up their own cabbage and stuff so get one of those pre-sliced bags but in addition they also have a broccoli slaw mixture. I would go 1 part broccoli slaw to 2 parts regular cabbage style slaw. Then of course you use your favorite mayo, mustard, honey, and as much cayenne as you can handle (Maybe start with 1 teaspoon,) and the final ingredient is fresh lemon juice.
If you need me to be more specific on the mixtures let me know. I don't use precise measurements, I mix everything according to taste samples at various intervals...
If I don't feel like making a homemade slaw sauce then I go with Hidden Valley and then I add the cayenne and lemon juice to tweak it...

I grew up on my mom's slaw so that is what I emulate...
I do NOT like sweet slaw...
Bag of pre-cut slaw
Mayo... to taste. Mix it where it looks dry as it will get soggy if you don't. You can add more mayo later if need be.
Balsamic Vinegar to taste. This is the secret.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
It's a South Carolina style slaw and everyone I make it for asks for the recipe...
If you have never tried a vinegar slaw, try this one... you won't be sorry...

I looove sweet slaw. Here is mine.
Ingredients:
16 oz bag coleslaw mix
1 sm onion-chopped fine
2/3 c miracle whip dressing
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 -1/2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
1. I run the coleslaw mix through my food processor to make it more fine.
2. Combine coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl.
3. Whisk together miracle whip, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed in a medium size bowl.
4. Pour dressing mix over coleslaw and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve *this taste best if chilled an hour or longer*

Anyone else expect this to be a Beasley thread?
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Sam's Club.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Man, some good stuff some of which I've never tried.
I'm going to do a basic one as well as eventually get around to the poppy seed and almond ones.
I cut my own. It only takes a few minutes. We used some Sushi vinegar this last time but I used too much mayo for her. Some Splenda. She wants to put salt in it and soak 'to make it soft'. I like mine crunchy so first to get there gets to throw ingredients in.
I might try some flax seed but definitely the celery seed. Cranberries instead of carrot. And a few cut up nuts to make it special.
I think the frig is a must. Anyone know what that does other than change the temp?
