Hopefully he heals for next year. This year was done before he got hurt.

Really bad timing, he was improving a lot in the last games.
Just tank this season already, what a dissapointment after the first game.
Bye Free and Bernadeau.
Bye Austin and Ogletree.
Bye Sensy and McCray.
Bye Garrett.

Sucks because it enables more excuses for these coaches.

The biggest enabler remains the Owner/GM. Will he have similar quotes to when Sean Lee went down? : "well, I thought we could contend if we were without injuries."

Too bad. Tough break there. 3 ILBs on IR, Lee, Lemon, and Carter. And Connor missed some time also.
Time to see if Wilber can show anything at ILB even though he has been practicing at OLB.

Figured this was coming when we got news this weekend it was a dislocation.
He played well for us this year, for the time we had him. Strongest position on our team starting out the year is now, possibly, the weakest.

It is even sillier because it is true. Jerry & Co. will spin it that we only sucked because of all the injuries and will make no significant changes this offseason.
If only Costa would have been healthy all year our O-Line would have been fine.
Captain Nathan Brittles: "Only the man who commands can be blamed. It rests on me... mission failure!"
"Jerry Jones is a billionaire fan who bought his own team for the express purpose of buying his way into the game. He wants to hang out with the players, stand in front of the cameras, be the face of the team (yech), make personnel moves as if this were a video game, and more than anything else, be seen as the guy who made it all happen."

So, would you say this is a team that needs to be dismantled and rebuilt? Would you acept four or five years of rebuilding while that accumulate the players need by a new coach to make his system work? Remember we abandoned the 4-3 when Parcells came and how long it has taken us to get the players necessary to run a 3-4? Would you dump Romo and spend a high pick on a new QB? How long will it be until that player reaches his potential?
This team needs a couple new people on the offensive line and a back up running back to make the offense go. Defensively, we need a safety or two. With the salary cap and all, we are not going to have the depth we had in the 90's and injuries to key players can ruin a season quick. Look at the Saints. While they had players and coaches out on suspensions, they were losing regularly, now that they have some of thos epeople back, they are competitive.
I see a team with 10 key plaers out. Of those players, I consider 9 to be starters. No team, I don't care who is coaching or who is the GM can compete like that. To advocate tearing it all down and starting over is purely emotional.
