At the end of the year when this team is 7-9 or 6-10 everyone can talk about how good Romo's stats were...since there won't be anything else to talk about.

You mean like Brees did yesterday(2 pick 6's). Do you mean like padding the stats when your team is behind by a big chunk like Rodgers did yesterday (oh yeah- Rodgers couldn't do that!)- Is that what you mean?
Padding stats - please - yes Romo had 2 awful games this year - is that what your hanging your hat on these days?

Rodgers didn't pad his stats last night...You call 219 yards padding stats? His team choked around him. Romo is having a REALLY bad year this year. Even some of the Romo homers can admit this. He is PART of the reason our team sucks this year. I hate to break that to you.

I agree romo is having a down year, with that being said i dont think we win more than 2 games without him. Is it time to draft a new qb? Maybe, personally i dont think so, the qb class coming in is weak this year.

You and me both. SD is related to Romo, I'm convinced. Dude has never said one thing critical of Romo in the years he's posted. But everyone else on the team has flaws. So because he's so biased, you can't listen to anything he has to say, it's all meaningless.

Yardage means absolutely nothing, in my book. Same reason I didn't care that Bree's broke the altime mark for a single season.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

Romo's INT% is actually average this year. He had a higher % in 2007 when he was a pro bowler.
Romo leads the league in pass completions. He's second in pass attempts. He is on pace for 670+ attempts this year. His previous high in attempts was 550.
The Cowboys are DEAD LAST in the league in rushing yards per game.
Does this tell you ANYTHING....at all?

About to post this. Somehow it will be Romo's fault though.

Yeah, our RB's suck. What is Rodgers excuse for doing so good with sucky RB's this year?

Rodgers is elite and can carry a team, Romo can't. Simple as that.

Actually not true.. Teams defend Romo essentially the same way, i.e. 2 deep zone coverage. The padding of the stats happen when this offense goes no-huddle and up-tempo...

Romo isn't Rodgers. Just because a few here act like he is doesn't mean is. Just like some here think he is the worst when he isn't.

Yes, because Romo is a very selfish person and audibles out of every running play because he wants to "pad his stats".

True, but Rodgers did choke in the big game last night.
Packer fans are probably combing the scouting sites looking for his replacement.
He's Mr. Hollywood now with Pizza Hut and State Farm commercials...and I didn't even mention the mustache. People think that's for Movember...nope, that's for his exploitation of women on the side.
If the Packers keep him around, I'd be surprised.

You mentioned Romo's INTs, and I offered what I consider to be a decent explanation. What does Rodgers have to do with any of this?
