Some Fans Overreact
The Cowboys struggle to beat the worst team in the NFL and some of the fans think we are playoff bound. I know, we all want the best for our team. But this Cowboys team is really bad...I mean really bad. The bad news for Garrett is we don't play Philly anymore this season.

So what you are really saying is, we should give up, throw tantrums, act as if life is over, and never return to this board or watch the games?

I have seen so many negative responsive's to will the Cowboys win next four games and some say 2 of 4 others say none. Why watch the game if your going to always think your already lost. What fun is it if you always think your team never has a chance. I think the Cowboys has as much of a chance as the Giants do this year or Redskins. That's why they line up every Sunday.

Had we won the Baltimore and second Giants game like we should have, we'd be in the driver's seat. Because of turnovers, penalties, and bone-headed coaching blunders, we didn't. As the saying goes, we are what we are. A .500 football team with a LOT of injuries. That is not the recipe for a run to the playoffs.

8-8 is probably above the median for the league, actually. And I don't see many people thinking we're necessarily playoff bound. The most optimistic thing I've heard coming off of winning three out of the last four regarding this 'really, really, bad' team is that we've still got a shot.
