Why do hate on Ryan. He seems like a genuine typ of guy that calls it how he sees it. I'm also glad he didn't take all the blame for the defense playing poorly the last couple of weeks.

Yeah he's definitely not his bragging self right now.
He probably knows they could easily hang 30 on us this weekend, and knows the personnel he has out there right now can't do much to stop it.

Hahha..
This defense hasn't had any bite for years. Years before Rob was here. The whole team hasn't...
I think the last time this defense had any nasty or intensity, Roy #31 was on the team.
They have been playing horrible, no doubt.

what is it with this guy...week after week after week of saying he had bad game plans, it was his fault, the defense is not playing well....He seems to be slow to realize that eventually people are going to add this up and conclude he might be the problem. If he was not a Ryan, I think his welcome would have been worn out long ago. He gets a big benefit of people associating him with the good to great defenses his dad and brother had.

I think it's a bit unfair at this point to fault Ryan for what this defense is doing. The entire center of his defense has been a turnstile with Lee, Carter and Church out for the season and Ratliff being back and forth. He has a rookie starting at Corner and the other Corner is in his first year. And let's not kid ourselves, this DL as a whole is a bit of a joke when it comes to pass rush. So, honestly, I'm not sure what you guy's were expecting, but, in my mind, what we've gotten is really better than what I expected.
