Did Anyone See the Game Last Night?
More specifically, did you see that beautiful pocket Peyton Manning got to throw from, more often than not?
Give Romo protection like that and he'll destroy any pass defense. Just really angers me to watch beautiful line play like that and to think how rarely Romo has had a chance to operate under those conditions in the last few years.

When you want to win a game, you have to teach. When you lose a game, you have to learn.

I think he has a good line but I also think that manning dictates what the defense can do with the no huddle heck he sometimes does hurry up and other times he uses all of the clock. He seems to keep defenses on their toes
I wish romo could do that

PLEASE don't compare Manning to Romo.
There is no formula for success except an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.

Every time an elite QB has a good game, someone posts a thread saying, "If only Romo had protection like that." What about Aaron Rodgers? He plays like Peyton Manning with a line as bad as the Cowboys'. How can you make an apology for Romo with that?

well to some degree but also remember that Manning > Romo
Manning gets rid of the ball quicker and has always had good chemistry with his WRs which is esp important when a blitz is coming. Watch Manning face a blitz, the ball is out of his hands in like 0.5 seconds. Either Romo doesn't read it as quickly as Manning (frankly who does besides maybe Brady) and/or our WRs don't always get it or possibly Manning is a better O coordinator than Garrett.
Still left to accomplish:
sign OT Winston or G Moore

He's comparing offensive lines......
AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss
“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

But he's basically saying Romo would be Manning if they had the same line. Then why not compare Rodgers to Romo since they already have basically the same line?

Exactly which is a stupid comparison. Peyton is on a completely higher level

No. He's not. Not even 'basically'. Where does he state "just like Peyton".
