Was Cole Beasley active Sunday?
Was he active Sunday? I really like what he brings as a 4th receiver. I remember at least one key 3rd down pick up against the Steelers. He and Romo seem to be on the same page and he works the slot well. Just wondering if we should expect to see him Sunday or is he the odd man out of the rotation?

With the emergence of Harris, I wouldn't expect much Beasley much more, sadly.

Hopefully we can see more of him next year after we get rid of Ogletree

I doubt it. The reason Ogletree gets play is because he's one of the few who can play the outside. Miles and Harris play the slot for us. Beasley is going to be the odd man out unless we go to some 4 receiver sets.

I've seen Harris on the outside quite a bit. They're phasing out Ogletree

Wish we would've done that sooner.

That's funny because I rarely remember seeing Hanna on many routes. Thought it was something they should have exploited more often.

You're correct. Ogletree is being fased out but Austin and Harris take turns in the slot. You will rarely see Beasley in over Austin and Harris. If you do its because one of them got hurt. And rightfully so.

One of my favorite plays of the years, the defense put two players on Cole and left one defender on Dez.

Washington's probably game planning hard to stop Dez, Witten and Murray, so I wouldn't mind if we tried to get either Harris or Beasley involved early and often on short to intermediate stuff.
Once they make adjustments, then Romo should look to the usual suspects again.

Yeah, he's been outside as much as inside the last two weeks
I think his TD catch came when lined up outside.

Words out in the league. Double team on Cole, no matter what.
