I truly don't believe their fear is over us for the most part they seem pretty
confident/cocky that they are a shoe in to beat us badly this time around
where I find them scared is in the fact that Shanahan and their offense
called off their dogs during the Thanksgiving day match up

which allowed Dallas to comeback on them and where lucky that it didn't turn out like the 74 Thanksgiving day game

Have no fear.
If we're within 7-14 pts by halftime we'll out score any team in the second half. My prediction is that thisis going to be a close game but we're going to sqeak out as the winner in the end. I just can't see the Skins sweeping us this season....

The smell of their fear is pleasing to me...

They should be scared.

They barely eeked out a win on Turkey day...

I just hope fluff fluff plays.

I for one am worried about this game.

Dallas (IMHO) always have luck on their side when playing us.

Skins D in a word, sucks. Our D is using smoke and mirrors, bend don't break D to make it. We have a few guys who has stepped up way over their talent to give us a push (rob jackson is one that comes to mind).

On the other side of the ball we got RG3 who is probably around 85% healthy. We're missing out RT who may not play. And We need Hankerson to step up to relieve some pressure off of Garcon who I absolutely believe that Ryan will try to take out of the game.

BUT, this team believes in themselves. We have the 1 rushing offense in the league which should be a advantage as the field is going to be a holy mess after the weather this weekend. And we have 2 cordinators that have made great adjustments series to series. Oh and we have the Cowboy Killer, Santana Moss.

Yeah, I think we have a very good chance to lose. Fate is telling me not this year. But I have all the hope in the world we're going to come out and play NFC East football (like the old days) and run the ball down your throats limiting what Romo and Dez can do.

Either way, I think it's going to be a great game. Just hoping we come out on top.

Like I said in another thread, what scares me most about Sunday Night's game is Dez Bryant. He's a big, physical WR who can flat out dominate a secondary and take over a game when it matters most. I totally forsee him amassing 150 yds and AT LEAST 2 TDs. I'm more afraid of when that second TD will come; it could very well seal a loss for us.

Washington's best defense is scoring more points on offense. We'll have to embrace the possibility of another shootout and just hope we score enough points to compensate for defensive woes. The key for us is establishing Morris from the start. Get the ground and pound going and the rest of the offense will open up (The College Stuff as Ryan puts it....and the Playaction to Garcon/Moss).

You seem to forget that the boys will have 5, thats right 5 offensive starters that didnt play on turkey day....the oline is much improved, romo will shred that secondary....it will be close at the half, and the boys leave those awful looking unis in their dust....

Any way that it can be arranged for Snyder's car to get a flat on the way to the stadium? I won't believe his curse is lifted until we win this game...

Fear smear. We all have our doubts about the final outcome of this game. If anything, I expect an all-out, all-heart war between two seriously flawed but hungry teams. It will be great!
Garrett to players: Make today a great day; go about the business of winning! If you can't keep up then don't step up.

What should scare you the most is Demarco Murray. Because Dez went off on you guys last time and you still won. What I don't think many Redskins fans understand is how different and efficient this offense looks with Murray back there. It is truly night and day. And for what it's worth, I think you're about to get blindsided and jacked up by that truth. This game might not even be that close - the Cowboys are going to win this convincingly. Not an ounce of doubt in my mind.

I'd be more worried if your defense had Lee and Carter back and Ware at full strength...but I think we can stay with your point production, turnovers aside. That's the only factor that really worries me - who makes that costly fumble or interception in the 4th quarter.

Not that we have one (unfortunately), but how has Tyron Smith held up against strong pass rushers this year?

Listen, I think RGIII is a great talent and will be a tremendous QB for you guys for the next decade. But these two teams really do mirror each other, potent offenses, nothing on defense. Your run defense is better than ours, our pass defense is better than yours.

But as we've seen time and time again, this is now a passing league. And you do have a rookie QB, playing in his first really high-pressure game (unless the Bears and Vikings lose of course!). Yes, we all know Romo is a total choker (heavy sarcasm), but he does have skins on the wall (no pun intended). You cannot understate the value of that in a game like this.

Basically, it comes down to this. In a game where defenses are going to be stretched to the limit, in Romo I trust. I mean, 20 tds and just 2 interceptions in the last two Decembers combined. The guy is at his best this time of year, despite what the idiot media types would have you believe.

Speaking of which, I'll be far more worried if the Redskins have already clinched a wildcard spot prior to the game. It takes all the pressure off the Redskins and that pressure is going to be a key factor.
