Thanks for the link.

Listings for Jonathan Cooper:
NFLDS - 6-3, 310
Scouts Inc. (espn) - 6-3, 320
NC Roster (Current) - 6-3, 295
NC Roster (2009) - 6-3, 295
Milwaukee Journal Sentinal 6-3, 288
MJS No Name Scout - 280 lbs

Historically, I've found NFLDS to be more accurate than other sources including team rosters.

I hope it's either the best OL or DL available.

We can use an OC, OG or RT (assuming Free is cut), and we can use a NT or DE.

I wouldn't take John Jenkins. He is a good player, but he has some off-field issues.

Tyron would benefit from 20lbs. His size has caused some of his problems this year.

With KC, the value would just about equal out. Might even be able to get a 7th also. Our picks would then be:

2. # 33
2. # 50
3. # 65
3. # 82
4.
5.
6.

Yes, they said he was 280 at this time of year two years ago. He ended up at 307 at the combine.

And with those picks we could pick:

33 - Barrett Jones (G/C)
50 - Jonathan Jenkins (NT)
65 - Kyle Long (OT)
82 - Bacarri Rambo/ Robert Lester (S)

I want any solid olineman that will also stay healthy. I'm tired of all the injuries at all the positions. I know football is a brutal game and injuries are unpredictable, but it's getting above and beyond. If we can select any of these guys when we pick and not one stands above the rest, go for the player with the least amount of wear and tear and smallest amount of injuries. Does this guarantee they will never get injured? No. But we have tended to draft guys with high potential but dropped because of injury history. It's starting to really show up as well. I think we need to change our philosophy on this.
