no but it would be nice if we could finish at home once in a while.

I believe those two wins are 10 win over eagles at philly and 09 win over eagles at cowboys stadium.

this is the third time we have had to finish at Washington since 02.

its some serious BS.

We are the ratings draw for the league to open and finish every year and they send us to a division opponent almost every year.

thankfully this group is mentally tough enough and healthy enough on offense and we have a good kicker to stay in this game.

Right now, there doesn't seem to be any homefield advantage for the Cowboys in the new stadium, they seem to play better on the road....if they were healthy on defense, would have a good shot but with the interior of the defense with Church, Lee, Carter, Ratliff out and with Ware very limited and the interior offensive line suspect, I'd just don't like the cowboys chances today if they pressure Romo early.

I hate the loudmouth Giants players and detest Mara, but to hell with irony. No outcome of NFL week 17 would give me more pleasure than Dallas winning the division while securing places on the couch for BOTH NY and Washington.

It not almost. The scheduling has been set up where EVERY TEAM in the NFL faces a division opponent in week 17. It's been that way for awhile now.

I would like us to have a home game in week 17 from time to time though.

well I disagree on the home field issue.

to pressure romo I think they are going to have to sell out like they did in 2010 and we burned them all over the field.

I don't think they will sell out because there secondary is poor.

if they sit in two deep we are going to run on them and force them to bring the safety down....if they do that either Austin or Bryant will get singled up....

I imagine if Bryant is singled up today the ball is going his way.

Yes that changed I think in 07 ish.

it just sucks that we are used as the ratings draw for the league.

Ive never stopped viewing it as a rivalry.

I find it funny that we have fans that act holier than thou when we havent done jack squat in 16 years.

Bryant has quickly become our nemesis. Big plays to him were responsible for both losses last year. I also think Haslett brought the house (Cover 0) at Romo on both plays.

Like to 2nd my Redskin comrade's thoughts. For the most part, most of ya'll have been pretty welcoming and I have enjoyed my visit here with ya'll. The last time the Skins and the Cowboys played on turkey day (not this recent game) I took my then girlfriend to the game who was a huge Cowboy fan. Felt very welcoming by you guys. Had a great experince even though the Skins lost. There has been some good banter on this board with you guys and thank you for not hating on me much

Good luck today guys. We lose, i will wish you well tomorrow.

NFC East is the home of the Superbowl Champion (damn, how did the eagles get in our division). Hopefully that tradition will contenue.

I picked the Bears and Vikings to lose, so we may have to beat the Skins twice in a row to get to the promised land. It won't be easy, but it isn't supposed to be.

I'm still convinced not a single deadskins fan actually knows what the term "bandwagon" means.

Only if the same players and coaches were are part of all 12 of those years.
