How about they begin by getting a REAL guard or two in here?

Not some Missouri State project, not some scrub the Bengals didn't want, not some backup from the Panthers.

I hope it's finally becoming evident to our GM that hiring a "name" OL coach to offset garbage talent isn't going to cut it.

This is what it seemes to come down to for the fan.

Do you want pretty stats?

Do you want to win?

There will be times Romo can perform feats of magic to beat teams like Cleveland and other middle of the road teams. But in fairness, putting that responsibility on him isn't fair. he has to have help.

What do you think Defensive Coordinators say about Dallas' offense.

Take away the running game and get in Romo's face and he will give the ball away.

Now you can make a list of games where he didn't do this.

But then the list where he did were all the big lights - big reward games.

This is about playing to the strength of your quarterback and stop putting him in a position where he has to carry the team.

There have been plenty of quarterbacks that led their team to the Championship who were merely bus drivers.

Romo is asked to do too much. And when noting that, that means also not having the right components surrounding him.
You've been weighed

You've been measured

And you've been found to be a casual fan

I might add "and run for his life" after your statement.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

This is what Parcells tried to do.

It's hard to execute a crap offense. Romo choked last night but its amazing what he does on a team that doesn't give him his best chance for success.

Crap offense huh? You use to love this offense, back in the day. It is and has always been lack of execution.
