Well, all we can do is hope Revo doesn't buy that particular HD.

Have a nice weekend and BOOMER 2 you TeJasFan!

This is a Nightster

That Nightster has always been a great looking bike...

I've always liked the low-profile handlebars...

Sooners have a big game tonight. Fortunately, it's my BDay and the family is taking out tonight so I will miss it.

Good luck to you Dallas.

If you just want to ride you don't want the iron head. You will always be wrenching on itSportsters are a dime a dozen. If you want a sporty I would look for a 99 -03 Evolution. Carbed and rigid mounted motor. Rock solid motor with plenty of room for mods.

What you really want is a Dyna though.

If you can afford it you want fuel injection. A Dyna is fine. I just like the Road King or Heritage Deluxe. Get some pipes.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Matter of personal preference but I'll take a carbed v-twin over injected any day. Dump the stock cv carb and put a simpler carb, like an S&S, on it.

Its kinda like a bunch of guys (Cowboys fans) going to a sports bar to watch a football game and a Redskin fan takes along. You get no respect. If you have a Sportster, you at least have a HD so you are kinda part of the group.

I used to LOVE destroying loud mouth bigtwin riders with the little old sportster I had at the time.

Cheaper, less complicated and you can work on it yourself. Also poorer emissions, less fuel mileage, doesn't run as well esp low end and doesn't start as well esp in cold weather.

Emissions, maybe.

Fuel mileage, maybe but insignificant in the big picture.

Doesn't start well, not any of my bikes.

Doesn't run as well, Wanna race?

This is a mod'd Nightster. That means he has a couple of kits on it that you would need to get to get this look.

The main kit you like is the chopper raked front end.

This is a 2007 Nightster 14 degree with 6" over stock tubes. They sell these kits at HD and after market. Mod Mod Mod

Buy a stock Nighster and mod it. That's what I would do.

Can you mod a roadster to be a nightster? for the most part?
