Default Rooting for the Skins, here is why!

1990 - The Giants win the Superbowl...

1991 - The Skins win the Superbowl....

1992 -1993 The Boys win back to back.

Last year Superbowl win for the Giants, this year the Skins...

Do we get the next two?
Be excellent to each other....

I not into history on our side to win eventually. I'm rooting for Skins just because of RGIII he is a beast

I'll root for the Skins just because it hopefully forces JJones hands on improving this team more than what he is thinking right now.......

It puts the Skins and the Giants between him and the playoffs........status quo wont work.....its going to take concrete improvement in areas of OLine, S and pass rush/Def Line.

Amazing logic.
1. Brandon Magee will beat out Ernie Sims for the backup WILL/MO roster spot.

2. Ron Leary will start at right guard over Bernadeau.

3. Joseph Randle, Terrance Williams and Gavin Escobar will have more combined TD's than DeMarco Murray, Miles Austin and Jason Witten.

4. Bruce Carter makes the Pro Bowl.

5. The starting OL will be Smith-Livings-Frederick-Leary-Free

1st...I'll never root for the Redskins to win a SB or to win a playoff game.....
2nd...specifically because of RG3....yeah he looks really good, this year....but I'm tired of 59 minutes of RG3 coverage and 1 minute of other crap.....

As if I needed another reason to root against the skins.
I mean come on, what's the odds that cycle plays out again.
I like our chances more so if the skins exit the playoffs today.

Even more if its in humiliating, make you wish you hadn't made the playoffs fashion.

are you serious? I can see if you wanted to root for the redskins just because you don't "hate" them. But to believe them winning has any effect on us winning is completely the dumbest thing I've ever read.

You make a good point. History does repeat itself, I always look for historic parallels in sports. Plus I've always thought that when a team eliminates you from the playoffs you may as well root for them to justify your defeat
