I've been on this board for a long, long time--over ten years. The problem with posters like you is if you're criticizing the team, then you must not be a Cowboy s fan. That's like saying if you say something against your government, your'e not a patriot, et cetera. It's the height of ignorance. I'm hoping we can avoid the scenario and get an experienced coach, for the betterment of this team. It's the same as when people accused me of not being a fan, and trolling, because I thought I saw some potential in Romo and not Henson. Stupid is as stupid does, Cowboy_ron.

It will be that way until the result changes. I predict it changes next season.

My question is, how bad will he be next year?
Approximately one, which is about typical for NFL head coaches not named Mike Smith, Sean Payton, or Bill Belichick. The standard for coaching is not high.

There's no real reason to replace him at this point - he's nothing that can't be overcome by a good draft and a healthier defense.

I actually love that forecast. I just see absolutely no way it happens if the bolded part happens unless Romo bails him out a bunch.
"Maybe next year!!" We have been saying this phrase WAYYYYY too long!!!!!!!!!!

I see what you did there, but I'm always hoping we win. Don't miscomprehend what I'm asking.

it doesn't matter. Garrett won't succeed here under Jerruh Jones.

I'm predicting around an 6 to 8 win season. Even though Romo isn't "clutch",

this team would be about 3 to 4 wins worse without him.

With the possible exception of the AZ game last year, I'm not sure I've seen Garrett lose a single game for us in his tenure here. So, I'm going to go with '0.' I hope it's 0, anyway.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

His piss poor clock and game management will cost this team 1-2 games again next season.
The Dallas "Football" Cowboys a team where everyone is accountable*.

*Unless their name is Jerry or Jason.

He hasn't. It is called frustration looking for a vent.
