We are temporarily experiencing a higher call volume than normal, due to the red-headed step child's mis-management of his players, please stay on the line and the next available representative will be with you shortly.

Couldn't playing an injured one armed Ware be just as bad?
What if his shoulder and elbow (that they knew needed surgery)
was injured more severely during the Skins game?
Same thing. You are in a do or die, you play your best players.
No one complained when Emmitt beat the Giants with a separated shoulder,
no one was complaining that he could have been ruined for good.
Just another attempt to make Garrett a world beater.
We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.
I know that when we do not have the kind of success, when we don't have expectations lived up to, the one that should get the most heat is the one that ultimately makes the decisions, period, with the Dallas Cowboys. And that's me."

I think you missed my point. My point is not that Shanahan is wrong. I don't know that he was (though I do think it is a bit different with a 1st year, franchise QB, and A KNEE INJURY)... I used "genius" because that is how some on this board view anyone but Garrett.. but that is an aside...
My point is that no way you would cut Garrett the slack you just cut Shanahan... well, maybe you would, but I can GUARANTEE a HUGE portion of this forum wouldn't. It would be fires and Garrett being hung in effigy

I would cut any coach some slack for playing their best players in a do or die game. Same as I credit RG for playing. That took guts. I'm a huge hockey fan (today was like xmass for me ) Those guys play through just about every thing. I guess I expect as much from football players.
RG knew the risk, more players should be like him. The kid wanted it.
More than Ponder did obviously.

Tell me what the "thread lines" in THE ZONE look like today?
Because everyone knows Mike Shanahan is a genius right?

The doctor on the sideline also did not clear him to go back in that is the real issue

I heard that, but I didn't know if that had been confirmed.
