Lovie as Head Coach and Norv runs the offense?
Why is this possibility not being discussed more?
I've gone from hating this idea to being totally on board in the last 48 hours
Would you be on board with this?

Ultimately yes. I wouldn't hate it.
I think JG is a better HC than lovie.
I think Smith is a better DC than HC
I think Norv is a better OC than HC
I think JG is a better HC than OC
Jason - HC
Lovie - DC
Norv - OC
Best case scenario

Not crazy about Lovie as a HC, just my view.

Sounds like Wade Phillips HC /Jason Garrett OC Ver 2.0. We all know how great that worked out the first time around. How about the Cowboys hire a real GM and assemble a staff from there.

I watched alot of Charger games this season and the one the one common denominator I kept coming away with is Norv Turner is god awful. The game has passed him by. Way too conservative, terrible decisionmaking, refuses to utilize his best players. Please don't bring him here.
I've always said I will stick with the Cowboys through thick and thin but bringing Norv here could really force me to test that theory.

I've said the same thing and if JG keeps calling plays it will test my fandom.

I'm already pissed about the Rob Ryan thing, Norv could push me over the edge.
