Lovie knows about process. Only he knows how to actually do it. 5-11, 11-5, 13-3 in his first 3 years. THATS WHAT PROCESS LOOKS LIKE.
The Dallas "Football" Cowboys a team where everyone is accountable*.

Well we have a capable middle linebacker who can be the do it all guy but we need to upgrade safety BIG time.

Holding my breath on contract talks. Hopefully we can get something done.

Kiffin in a statement released through the team: "I came away from the interview process with Jason with a feeling that Dallas is the right place to be. He has this team headed in the right direction."

Not crazy about our DTs in a 4-3 either, especially if Rat is gone.

This move changes a lot . We will definitely keep Ratliff now and we need a dominant new safety round 1 ?

This one isn't. But heck, whatever we've been doing hasn't worked, so I'm open to trying other things.

I'd actually prefer Phillip Thomas, but I can see him grabbing TJ, not a baaaaad, but not great.
Fun Fact: Phillip Thomas defensive back coach is Tim McDonald, TJ's father. TJ was widely recruited out of high school, where his father Tim, was the head coach and trained him up.
If you build it, he will run...

We've been running the 3-4 for almost 10 years. It's not working, probably because we can't draft worth a crap, but changing to a 4-3 can't be worse. If Lee, Carter, Ware stay healthy, we can compete on the same level as a 3-4 ran by Ryan.
