Browns hired Rob Chudzinski as head coach.

Chudzinski, 44, spent the last two seasons as Carolina's offensive coordinator. He has ties to Cleveland already as he was the Browns' offensive coordinator from 2007-2008 when he somehow managed to turn Derek Anderson into a Pro Bowl quarterback. Chud will bring along with him a vertical, aggressive passing attack that likes to feature the tight end. Sources are already saying that Norv Turner is likely to accompany him as the team's offensive coordinator. Chudzinski had three head coaching interviews last offseason before ultimately returning to Carolina. He is a native of Ohio.

TwoDeep3...
nicely written piece right there, my friend. Thank you for taking the time to share. Nicely done.

Speaking of running game/ O-line etc...
Just shows what an Aaron Rodgers really is....Green Bay ranked in the 20s for running the ball and he was the most sacked QB in the league.....yet they are playing this weekend.

Anyway. Good writing!

If Norv Turner is hired against Jason Garrett's wishes, you know what this means. Garrett becomes like Wade Phillips with his successor (Norv) in the wings.

That means Norv may actually become ... the Dallas Cowboys head coach in the near future.

Nothing. Cleveland pretty much screwed him over on plane tickets. Twice.

It will be interesting if the Browns hire Norv. That would mean Weder was guessing :-)

He should, but a puppet is exactly what Jerry wants in the first place.

The word out of here in Cleveland is that Norv and his son are going to Cleveland most likely.

Werder stays losing.

Seeing Chud was an assistant head coach to Norv in San Diego, he'll return the favor in Cleveland. It's all but a done deal.

Whatever chance we had at Norv coming here went out the window with this hire.

Not a bad option at all. Even Whisenhunt would be a decent option.

So this franchise is now losing out on coaches that decide they'd rather be in Cleveland? I don't care about the ties to the new head coach, there once was a time when something like this simply would not happen.
