Assuming Its Kiffin's D

RE: Ware
UT: Ratliff, Price
NT: FA/ Draft, Lissemore?
LE: FA/ Draft, Crawford but I'm not comfortable with him as starter

Will: Lee
Mike: Carter
Sam: FA/ Draft

I wouldn't rule out Church moving to Sam or Will

CB: Carr
CB: Mo
SS: Sensy
FS: FA/ Draft

Bottom line, for the pieces we do have I think they're really good fits... I just don't think we have the NT, LE, Sam, or FS currently on the roster.

RDE: Ware
DT: Ratliff
DT: Lissemore/Draft Pick
LDE: Albright/Crawford

SOLB: Carter
MLB: Lee
WOLB: Sims/Draft Pick

SS: Church
FS: Sensy
CB: Claiborne
CB: Carr

Honestly, I think there will be a draft pick or two playing a lot and a free agent or two starting, so it is real hard right now to pick the lineup.

This, but give me Albright over Sims.
1. Brandon Magee will beat out Ernie Sims for the backup WILL/MO roster spot.

2. Ron Leary will start at right guard over Bernadeau.

3. Joseph Randle, Terrance Williams and Gavin Escobar will have more combined TD's than DeMarco Murray, Miles Austin and Jason Witten.

4. Bruce Carter makes the Pro Bowl.

5. The starting OL will be Smith-Livings-Frederick-Leary-Free

Carter is the fastest LB, so it makes more sense to have him as the WILL, unless you make Sims the WILL instead. I also don't think Wilber goes back to a DE in the 4-3 unless he adds some weight, so he may have a shot a SAM because of his speed and ability to cover.

The 4-3 is more effective with speed at LB (where as Size is more important in the 3-4). I think Sims is a better fit if we go 4-3 and Albright is SOL.

Carter would be the Sam. Bigger/Stronger vs the run and has the size/speed to cover TE's.

I think your team has problems if Sims is a starter for your organization.

Right now, I would go with this:

SDE - Crawford (He played this position a fair amount at Boise)
1 Tech Tackle - Ratliff (LeRoi Glover part II. Great change)
3 Tech Tackle - Hatcher, Lissemore has a year to see if he can replace him full-time.
WDE - Ware (He will be dominant in this role)

SLB - Albright
MIKE - Lee (Kiffen's never had better at this spot)
WLB - Carter (Kiffen's new Derrick Brooks)

SS - Church
FS - Vaccaro

I think the Vaccaro pick is a flat out necessity. Not just for this scheme, but for that element we have been missing at the FS position for so many years. They also will need to draft a 1-Tech and a SLB for depth.
