He says Spencer will be gone

Says Cowboys feel Ratliff will be a good DT in the 4-3. So im guessing Ratliff stays.

Says Jerry indicated that he will strip Garrett of calling plays

Given his contract situation, plus the notion that he would be a good 4-3 DT, it makes sense, despite the whole thing with JJ.

he was so adamant about never moving to DE in the Phillips and Ryan 3-4, looks like he has no choice now
