Lol Rob Ryan says he hasnt been hired. He's on a beach and hasnt talked to nobody. No comment. I think maybe they want to hire him, but they jumped the gun.

Good for him .
Im sure they will finish uin the top 10 in defense this year .
Im not bitter he was fired i just think hes a much better coach than what people are claiming here .
Youll see this year he has some really good players to work with .

do you live beside an old folks home or something? Hell I know 20 men 70 years old and older that can work a 30 year old's *** off. My old man cut a dead oak tree down, cut it up and split it with his splitter yesterday. I was going to do it today but he wanted to beat the rain. Yesterday was his 80th birthday. One in a million my ***.

This guy seems like he can barely dress himself, much less cut down an oak tree.

can your old man cut down that oak tree 10-15 hours a day, 8 months out of the year?

I think Ryan will do pretty good there. The Rams are an up and coming team and they have a ton of young talent on Defense - Long, Brockers, Laurenitus, Jenkins, Mikell, etc...

I am not a big fan of Ryan but I do think that it is not in the best interest of the team to blow up the coaching staff every couple years when things do not shake down like you want. I am a firm believer in continuity. We have not had it at any position other than the GM - I love Jerry but he needs a "Football Guy" calling the shots. Someone that has spent there life around the game, learning, etc... to be honest, like his son Stephen. He has grown up around this. Jerry is too emotional and takes too much input from everyone. He wants to win, bad but he is his own worst enemy I am afraid.
A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Larry Bird

I see nothing wrong with him in this video. He's pretty coherent, maybe a little nervous at first, though. There's no way to determine his coaching ability from watching this.
