Maybe they go back to the Parcells model where you don't know who is calling the plays.

When you have the worst rushing attack in franchise history, the OL coach should go

Holding my breath on contract talks. Hopefully we can get something done.

Not when 4/5 of the OL has no business starting an NFL game.
There's always more to the story.

Yep. Maybe time to not blame the coach, but the guy giving the coach the personnel he has to work with.

Not sure why people don't like the hire. Offense did real well while he was here. Parcells recommended him for the head coaching job when he left. He obviously thought very highly of him.

Dez Bryant, Receiver. A man who's season is over. Gentlemen, the Cowboy's staff can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first super human receiver.
Dez Bryant will be that man. Better than he was before. Better.... Stronger..... Faster......

Could be. Everyone assumed it was Ryan but he was still on vacation and was notified by phone.

We did that last offseason.

How'd that work out?

Now how about we upgrade the talent for real this time?

We'll settle this with a good dust up.

Houck's a very good OL coach. So is Callahan and Sparano.

None of those guys can make these stiffs any good.

Callahan is about to be fired IMO. Sparano will be the OC.
