It's called "selective enforcement". It's a very effective tool to motivate people.

Only after 3 arrests, .. but the final straw for Holmes was when Roththeraper hit the news with his second rape at the same time Holmes was arrested for the 3rd time.

Couldn't have both players in the news, so they got rid of Holmes.

The steelers have like the 3rd most arrests of any NFL team since 2007.

Even Stealy McBeam, the mascot, got arrested DUI. LOL
So did their kicker! How many kickers get arrrested?

But the steelers are the media darlings and can do no wrong.

Well, now that Rainey's girlfriend said no assault took place, does the Stelers organization apologize to their player or re-sign him or just move on as if nothing ever happened... as, allegedly, nothing ever happened?

Sadly, you may very well be right about that, CCF.

Yeah I'm sure cutting the 4th string running back has the starters and stars of that team absolutely quaking in their cleats.

It's hilarious how people try and make things like this into something that supposedly motivates and puts fear into the starters.

This doesn't even make the real players on the team blink an eye.

Pitt just announced they aren't ruling out drafting a QB this draft and want to "shake the roster up." Big Ben is only 28 and is a franchise QB with at least 6 years left.

Meanwhile Dallas will extend Romo to 2020 and give him a max deal at 33.

Probably looking to replace Leftwich and Batch, not the rapist, just yet.

Get your facts straight. Big Ben is 30 years old right now and will turn 31 in March.

It was about character, which I would assume would include that.

This is true. He didn't try to white out the deal by producing some BS deal to the press like the Steelers do. They implement the Zero Tolerance for effect but don't really use it.

Jimmy flat told you, this is how I run things and if you don't like it, you don't really need to waste a whole lot of time telling me that because I don't give to you know what's about what you think about it.

Have a nice day!

Probably would have destroyed their cap status to cut Ben.
