10-38 as a Head Coach but every time I watch a game where he's involved as an assistant, you'll hear an analyst say "he's one of the best in the business."
I really like this hire.

If this works out it makes me feel way better about the Kiffin hire. I see them more a DC duo.

I readily admit that I can't judge a position coaches abilities from afar. Nor can anyone else.
I do know that having Julius Peppers and Henry Melton on your defensive line doesn't hurt.

Thats what i hate about most fans. They see them as a failure as a HC and negate what they did as a posistion coach. Some coaches just werent meant to be HC. Marinelli will be the DC in waiting. Watch

This really gets me excited for next year, if true.
Our offense may be the same and that really sucks. But this defense will be so much better that at least we'll have that
