That's why IMO Rob Ryan wasn't the problem here. Saying that, I do like the new hires but I believe the problem in Dallas lies with the offense, fix the offense and we can be contenders, we had (obviously not taking injuries into account)and will continue to have a good enough Defense.
These days all you need is an average defense. Just getting our injured guys back will be enough to make us average.

But you need an outstanding o-line to win. Thats where the focus needs to be. With a great o-line, we have the weapons to win. Thats where we are failing.

Matt Ryan is prone to mistakes when he starts getting pressured but SF has not been able to do that in the first half at all.

Ryan is getting so much time to go through all his reads he's just picking them apart.

I don't keep up with injury reports but is the SF DL hurt at all?

Often times you see that in the fourth quarter. A lot of time the team on the other side feels it. We pride ourselves on being a physical football team. It's important to us. It's an important time of the year to lay that foundation." - Coach Garrett

Rules are going this way, offense will dominate more and more.

New rules, advantages to offense. That's why offenses like Chip Kelly's will work as the game evolves and why I'm a little nervous for Tampa 2. Defenses will catch up again. Just goes in waves.

The halftime show looks terrible and I'm glad they aren't showing it to us.

The replacement refs weren't very good, but I preferred how they called the game over these refs. They allowed corners to be a little more physical than this touch football we're watching.

The NFL is going the same way the NBA went. All offense all the time.

Guess what NFL? Interest in the NBA declined.

Did you see the scores to last week games? Everybody scored at least 28. This is where the game is headed.

Soft zones to start out for Nolan.

Niners showing what a great offensive line can do. Hopefully the Falcons can keep it going offensively.

Gore, access denied.

These playoffs have been really sad to watch. All offense, no defense.

Holding my breath on contract talks. Hopefully we can get something done.
