Default Special Teams Coach Lowry, Dehaven?

“@cbsdollarbill: RT @espncowboysblog: Cowboys eyeing two special teams coaches >> Irving's own Alan Lowry headed home to Cowboys?”

Didn't like DeHavens first time around, not sure I like that name much.

Twitter Kiffin def staff complete/Cowboys showing interest in ST Bruce Dehaven and Alan Lowry

Brandon George ‏@dmn_george
#Cowboys DC Monte Kiffin said his defensive staff is complete: Eberflus, Henderson and Leon Lett all back. Called Rod Marinelli an "icon."

#Cowboys DC Monte Kiffin said he can't even spell the word retire. Soon-to-be 73-year-old said he has plenty of energy left.

Jon Machota ‏@jonmachota
MT @Edwerderespn Cowboys have interest in both former ST coaches at opposite ends of Music City Miracle - Alan Lowry and Bruce DeHaven.
Thank you to all donated to the Jason Witten Camp drive!

With Marinelli, I much less concerned about Kiffen's age and work ethic.

Anybody that questioned Kiffins work ethic is absurd. All his ex players talk about him being involved in every aspect of the defense. He loves working and teaching younger players.

I can understand anybody pointing to the age thing. But work ethic no.

Glad to see Eberflus back

So the majority of us were more than ready for Bruce Dehaven to leave the cowboys and he was replaced with Joe D and for the most part we were happy for a couple of years...now we are talking about possibly going back to the guy that most ran out on a rail.

How odd is that...don't like the guy, get a new guy, don't like the new guy after some time, turn around and get the guy that was viewed as not as good as the current guy to replace the current guy.

Crazzzzy stuff.

Are you expecting logic around here or with this dysfunctional organization?

....however, special teams coaches and offensive line coaches are pretty maligned in most nfl cities. I know the special teams coaches move around quite a bit: its a tough gig really.
