Default Dallas Season two tonight

I know some of you don't care for the show but I like it. Anyway, the second season starts tonight on TNT and they are going to do the final episode that Larry Hagman filmed the day before he died this season. They are also going to have JR.'s funeral as well this season.

I hope someone steps it up as the new villain we all love to hate. But no one will fill Larry's shoes.

No. But its getting real good. TNT has the replays on their website.
They did a nice little mention at the start of the show about Larry Hagman which I thought was well done.

We watched all of the 1st season last year. I have to admit, it really wore on me the last few episodes. It was just so over the top with the backstabbing and scheming it aggravated me. I can't say we will watch season two, but I am interested in seeing how they do the Larry Hagman death.

I caught some of season one up until JR's son got arrested for murder I think it was. Then I moved and completely forgot to ever watch the show again.

I have it on PVR and only watched the first few minutes as Mrs CCF wanted to watch The Bachelor but I did see John Ross pick up the bride to be and then nature took its course. What guy wouldn't love to do that to the bride to be at a stagette?

Knowing JR will no longer be on the show pretty much ends it for me. Having Cliff back on the show means nothing without JR. The whole deal with Bobby's wife and her daughter? Who cares? I have no idea why I should care about her character to begin with. Boring. Pam showing up is about the only thing I can think of that would bring anything interesting to the show now and that's not going to happen. No JR, no Dallas.

Dallas pureists may feel that way but the show on its own is very good. I do think Victoria will be on the show at some point.

They filmed at a restaurant where I work yesterday. Quite a production. Still don't watch the show.

Yeah it was good. I love when JR said, I'm JR Ewing, I can make a body appear at a church social and have nobody know how it got there.

It was cool when she shot Rylan at the end. I am trying hard to figure out though how Judith Light can be Rylan's mom, she doesn't look that much older than Rylan's ex wife.

Brenda Strong is only 51 but Judith Ryland had to have had Harris when she was 3 years old. Now Larry Hagman was much older than the part he was playing.(at least TOS) So I would assume that Harris Ryland is suppose to be in his early 50's and Judith Ryland in her late 60's.

Judith Light 63 February 9, 1949
Mitch Pileggi 59 April 5, 1952
Brenda Strong 51 March 25, 1960

Patrick Duffy 62 March 17, 1949
Larry Hagman 81 September 21, 1931
