It will be interesting to hear his take on each one of his multple hirings when things were supposedly going to plan, and why he felt compelled to fire his brother at this point of the progression.

It goes with the territory I suppose... just how JG said over a year ago that he was willing to let someone else be a play caller if the situation came up.

ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE IN POSITION ONLY BECAUSE JERRY IS THE OWNER AND GM

and not one of them is qualified to do the job they are doing

I'm not certain that they will ever officially announce the answer to that question. Since Callahan is already the Offensive Coordinator, they may just leave the answer as undecided until the season starts.

Maybe they could setup a system where the fans get to vote on each play call via the internet and the results are instantly forwarded to Romo.
