Now, the shows I watch on Sundays has been going on for years now. The only other one I know of is the Comcast Deal that just recently went thru, now unless you have Cable by Comcast don't try to tell me anything. If Henson was doing so well in practice they would be talking about it on Foxsouthwest, & on the Jones and Parcells show and on the news here.
College, who cares what he did in college? He played behind Brady, so he could not have done too much.
No, you are not alone, birds of a feather flock together, But Eagles fly alone.
No!!! I'm not an Eagle's fan.

No, your an idiot. Which is an easy mistake to make for most people. Idiot, Eagles fan, there so simular.
Curious, how are you going to get Comcast? Your like twelve right?
Yes, I do have Comcast. Yes, you will get much more info. Yes, I am aware of the two shows you've been watching to this point and I know what type of info is offered on them. If you do indeed get Cowboys channel, I think you will be pleasently surprised.
Your exact words were, "Why I do not know he has yet to do one thing that impresses anyone." This statement basically says that everybody agrees with your assesment. He has never done one thing to impress. That is clearly not the case.
As for the whole College thing, well, I never said anything about his College playing days. However, it is apparent that you know next to nothing about them as you are clueless about the circumstances of his college career. Not surprising to me. You were probably like 8 when he played so maybe the attention span wasn't there yet.
There is a reason Henson doesn't get a lot of pub. It has actually been mentioned here in this post but it appears to have gone over the top for you.
This one I love. "birds of a feather flock together, But Eagles fly alone." Probably got that one on a poster hanging in your room. Right next to the Hillary Duff poster no doubt. Still spitting Pepsi over that one.
What ever man. Nobodies asking you to like Henson. Hate on him if you like but don't try and say that it's definate that he won't succeed or that it's an accepted fact that nobody has a good opinion of him as a player.
Why don't you just sit back and see what happens. If your right, you'll have plenty of opportunity to tell us all about it. If not, how stupid are you going to look?

JJT's article clearly shows Parcells wanted Henson.
After Carter was released and Romo stunk it up in the first preseason game, when bringing in a vet QB came up Parcells said, " We may do that, certainly Henson is going nowhere."
Parcells has mention Henson many times right up to the bye week, when Henson was out performing Romo in practice.
Henson is in Parcells plans, and comparing him to Hutchinson is stupid. They are two VERY different players, with vastly different histories and experience playing QB.

I disagree with you on this here though. Parcells is the kind of guy that can get a guy "developed" in a very short amount of time. Of course, no QB is a gaurantee, but you've got to like Parcells chances of having success - short term.
His experience will give him an advantage here if ever an event should occur with Vinny.
The "likelihood" blah blah..BLAH.
I assure you he is prepared and more than likely has his eyes on Romo if you ask me.

We may do a lot of things - certainly...
Henson isn't going anywhere...unless Romo gets hurt.. or if he was backing up Romo, he'd move up to the #2 guy. But Romo is the #2 guy as Parcells as stated recently.

Based on the latest quotes that #2 is slipping fast. Romo is #2 because he knows the offense better and Henson gets more snaps with the scout teams. Romo and Henson were not getting many snaps with the first team until bye week and Henson out played Romo in those practices.
Romo plays if Vinny gets hurt during a game, but if Vinny is out for several games Henson will get the starting job. They can gameplan for Henson and get him up to speed for an upcoming game, but Romo's experience in the system...right now...means he can step in without the practice reps during a game.

This was an artical during the Cowboys recent bye week:
Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells said he'd like to give backup quarterbacks Drew Henson and Tony Romo some game experience, depending on how much "breathing room" the Cowboys have during a game. Parcells also wouldn't rule out using Henson, currently third-string, as the backup in a game over Romo . . . Parcells said Henson and Romo took increased reps in practice last week. Henson completed 14-of-17 passes in a non-padded practice last Thursday, while Romo struggled a little with his accuracy. "He missed a couple throws," Parcells said of Romo. "I was telling him I bet his girlfriend probably didn't get many teddy bears when he took her to the arcade

We're NOT going after another 30+ QB, believe me.

First of all, Bledsoe is playing pretty well this year, in spite of the situation he is playing in. Have you watched any Bills games this season? Most of the time, he has a defender on top of him before he even sets his back foot to throw. He almost never gets a clean protected play to go through any type of progressions. He will likely set the NFL record for being sacked this season because the Bills O-line is so terrible. Just ask Travis Henry who is enroute to his worst season as a pro and cannot even sniff a hole to run through. Yet, in spite of all of that, he has posted 5 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions, and has a 58% completion percentage, a QB rating of 85, which is better than Testaverde right now. So, to say Bledsoe is through at the age of 32 is simply a fountain of misinformation.
Secondly, I am being misrepresented here. Someone gave me credit for saying Henson would be another Hutchinson. I never said that. I am simply saying that I think there will be another QB between the Testaverde era, and the begining of the Henson era. I hope not, but I think there will be. I think that will be Bledsoe, and Henson will have some real time to actually learn and prepare to take over, instead of being thrown to the wolves like Hutchinson was.
By the way, I'm not so sure we have seen the last of Hutchinson either.

Romo just reminds me way too much of Clint Stoerner.

Bill cracks me up.
"I won't rule that out" makes you guys think Henson is the #2 guy.
It's double speak for the other team not to know what to prepare for. Romo is his guy IMO.

Think about it though. When we traded for Henson we were planning on adding Vinny, Hutch was going to NFLE, Carter had the leg up, and Romo was headed for the PS.
Do you really think Parcells planned on us being where we are at QB?

He's only our best player and you want to trade him for an unproven rookie?
