Virginia has local elections today, as do a few other states I think.

Remember how it goes now...

Republicans vote on Tuesday, and Democrats should show up to the polls on Wednesday.

I remember in the last election people were passing out fliers that said if you vote democrat they would ban the bible.

I thought about voting democrat that year but then changed my mind when I remembered who our democrats were.

It stinks how both sides use scare tactics to drive the vote. But then, you wonder how low the participation rate would be without it.

Turnout was unbelievably low here this morning.

There wasn't competitive local race, no school board controversy, no county commisioners making ****** of themselves.

Only issue on the ballot that seemed to bring out anyone other than people who are conscientious voters was retentions of judges.

We have early voting in my building today. A big sign out front on the door says early voting 16th floor yet people will ask me where the voting is being held? To those people I say the 12th floor. If you can't read then you have no business picking a leader.
