Isn't 28 years long enough?
12 years (8 VP, 4 Pres) - Bush (elder)
8 years - B&H Clinton
8 years - Bush (younger)
Seriously, don't we want a different family running this time? Thank God Jeb isn't running. I swear, 12-18 years from now it'll be Chelsea Clinton running against one of the Bush family.

Let's just hope their spawn don't intermarry and seek power.

We've always had political families.
Adams, Roosevelt, Kennedy....
If there was a time for change it was 2000.
It didn't happen then and isn't gonna happen now.
But I still don't know what any team saw Thursday night that would have made them comfortable with waiting a round or two for the offensive lineman they wanted. ---Todd McShay
We just converted half our LB to DL. We have a 30m starting DL, it better be pretty friggin good.

Jenna and Chelsea making out would be a big hit on the internet.

There was a change back then...well actually 1993. 12 years for papa bush. People seem to forget he had 8 years as VP. However he was a much better man than W would ever dream of being IMO.
Then another change later.
Now we need to completely cut out the family politics and move forward.

I would also say that 2004 YELLED out for change.
Bush getting four more years was criminal.

If it was criminal...than it is the Dems who should be serving time.
It was their own fault they lost that election.

There is no doubt and every ounce of cynic in me developed as our country proved intellectually asleep in 2004. It is the fault of us all.
Kerry was a sad choice as candidate, Democrats were unable to rally without the Clintons leading them and we allowed the neo-cons to shyster there way to another 4 years in office even as many of the architects were facing charges.

Kerry fell asleep. His advisers tried to shake him awake but by the time he finally got out of the bed...the election was over.
