I think Jamaal Charles is an amazing talent. I dont think he was used correctly at UT. Yes he has fumbling issues reportedly due to having small hands which make it hard for him to secured the ball.. However both he and Henry Melton made an amazing tandem when they were freshman, and then Mack moved Melton to the Defensive side of the ball, and limited Jamaal's carries for Selvin Young. He very fast, quick, has very good vision, and the ability to make quick cuts. He would be a perfect match for MBIII in my opinion.
CB WR in 1st round and then trade up in the 2nd for Jamaal unless he goes near the end of the 1st then take him with #28...

I wouldn't mind it if it's the right place to draft him. There are several other RB options I like better.

He will have a Tatum Bell, Kevin Jones, Julius Jones type career in my opinion.
Thats if he is lucky.

I wouldn't trade up to get him, but if he fell into our laps say in the 3rd round and we haven't picked up a RB yet, then fill out the card.
Living here in Austin, I watch alot of UT games. No, I'm not a fan, but just enjoy always rooting against them when I'm watching it with other UT fans. His game speed is crazy fast. I can't recall one game from the last couple years that he wasn't the fastest guy on the field by ALOT. Once he hits the corner, forget about it.
With that said, thats pretty much what he is. He's not too much of a between the tackles RB. The edge is his friend.

I think that Kevin Jones could have been special. His injuries and OLINE have kept him out of the elite type backs...

I didn't see him mucha t all, but in that video he has ridiculously quick feet and good lateral agility. Looks like a natural RB. Can't say I'd mind that at all.

Crazy fast. Could be a good 3rd down - change of pace back.

I agree with Hos on this one. I got to see him play a lot during his time here and I would like for him to be a Cowboy. I wouldn't reach for him though.

Maybe as a second day choice. I wouldn't draft him in the first three rounds.

There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.
If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.
Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

looks like he takes long strides when running...that usually isnt good for RB in NFL. I think Ray will have a better pro career.

Jamaal should have stayed in school. He's not that good.
