Exercise machine help
my sister purchased an excercise bike today and asked me to put it together for her. so i'm putting it together and in the directions it says to apply grease to a few parts/areas. my question is does anybody know what type of grease i should use?

Look inside the box, it should have been provided by the manufacturer. Other wise you can look it up on their website, or it will be specified in the assembly instructions as to what type to purchase.
