Pizza
If Pizza Hut had a face I would punch it.
I am sick of everytime I order a thin crust pizza I have heart burn for the next 24 hours.
What is the deal with this crap?!?!
I eat healthy all week and decide to have a few slices of pizza and next thing you know im going through an entire bottle of tums, waking up dehydrated, and feeling bloated the entire next day.
No more Pizza! I hate you! You taste great but you hurt me to bad!
Anyone else feelin me?

When I was a medic in the Army I would occasionally get someone that would come and say...doc it hurts when I do this, what should I do.
I would reply...don't do that anymore.
Pretty simple.
However if you HAVE to have some pizza once in awhile you are better off getting some pepcid ac and taking it 15-30 minutes before you eat the pizza.

I used to get a bad headache if I drank one beer so guess how I fixed it? I stopped drinking. Pretty simple huh?
However I'm not giving up the pizza.

Someone's getting old.
Spicy food affects you more as you grow older. Don't eat so fast, chew better, drink water instead of soda pop with the meal, and if all esle fails, take an antacid.
There's no reason to give up foods you like.
Pizza Hut?

That's it.
As I get older, I have to limit certain things, can't eat certain foods after a particular hour of the day, etc.
Catch, you have to ask yourself, "is it worth it?" Pick and choose your battles. If you're craving pizza, eat it for lunch, not dinner, and then get ready to pop an antacid. I have to be careful with pizza anymore, too. Some of the toppings (the processed meats) will wreck me.
I used to work with a young man who was about 18 at the time. There was a group of us that worked at a newspaper til about 1 a.m. every night. Ben would go to Weinerschnitzel and get about five or six chili dogs around 11 p.m. and gobble them down. That was about 15 years ago. I'm quite positive Ben no longer is able to pull that off.
We just have to make adjustments as we get older.

Face it, you are getting old.
For more tips on this matter PM Cbz.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Just an update
I've had an apple for breakfast and an apple for lunch.
Im not hungry at all but the heart burn is starting to fizzle out.
There is nothing worse than going to work all gassed up trying to avoid slippage all day around others.
Just make it to 5 CATCH! Come on!

CROP DUSTING — When farting, you walk briskly around the office so the smell is not in your area and everyone else gets a whiff but doesn’t know where it came from. Be careful when you do this. Do not stop until the full fart has been expelled. Walk an extra 30 feet to make sure the smell has left your pants.
You might try that technique.

This might not sound appealing, but might I suggest going to the bathroom and having a full-on fart session. If it's lunch time your time, now would be a good time. Everybody's left the office for lunch or otherwise occupied.
Thank you to all donated to the Jason Witten Camp drive!

Sounds like someone is speaking from experience.
Just be careful. You might pull a hammy.
