Default what possible changes??

Half way thru the season, and Jones is talking about changes but what can they possibly do? especially with the eagles coming up

This team is not mentally in the game--there is no spark, especially on offense and that starts with the QB. He is the unquestioned leader of the team. I think in the back of everyone's mind is the fact that Vinny is just stop gap and that could lead to being soft mentally.

But what can they do? Start Henson against the Eagles?

I know this is nearly impossible to do but perhaps a switch of Flozel to right tackle and putting Rogers in at LT might improve the line long term. Rogers was a Left tackle and a pretty good one and here we are trying to make him into something else. Flo has the size to play RT and perhaps this challenge will sharpen his focus.

Other than that, we have no offensive spark plugs aside from out tight end.

Defensively it might be time to pull out the 3-4, using Carson at nose and Glover at end. We are stuck with Glover who is a round peg in a square hole in a 3-4. Perhaps James or Thornton can give us some pass rush from rush LB

Live or die with Roy W at the line of scrimmage. This is the only way to get some big plays out of him. He is a waste playing back.

I just hate our pass rush technique which is lock on to the man in front and try to bull rush. Do we ever stunt or play games up front?
Again middle of the season is not the time to make whole sale changes but this season is over

I'm not sure what a change to a 3-4 is going to do for us. We don't have pass rushing LB's nor BIG DE's. It's a fantasy dream. Let it go.

Changes:

- Start Hensen at QB
- Start Jabobs at OT
- Start Bradie James at OLB, if he can't play, he's gone next year
- Start Lee at RB
- Start any young player who we deem worthy of a look-see

Forcing this defense into a scheme they don't use that often is asking for all sorts of new trouble.

I mean lets face it,winning against the eagles next week is about next to nil right now. I hate to admit that with all the smug faces here in Philly but they way we are playing and being coached, this game is going to be a laugher. I know Henson needs a supporting cast to succeed but he does have to get some experience in him soon. Playoff hopes are almost shot to hell so lets see what some of this young talent has and start going thru some of the so-called growing pains NOW instead of having to wait until next season.

I don't know what's going on with Adams, but he is not the same player as last year. And Allen is not playing well. I don't know about yesterday's game but in the other games, the pressure against our QB was often coming fom Allen's side.

Parcells still try to make Rogers a RT instead of a LT.
And he try to make Tucker a RT but I think he was a good guard.
Roy Williams is still playing out of position.
Looks like most of Parcell's experiment doesn't look great so far...

I think he overrated the overall talent of the team, and didn't do much in the offseason to improve the team.

We are in for a long year.
It is time to know what we have in Henson, and get him some experience.
I hope JJones comes back soon and gets the load in the last games.
I'm fed up of George's 2-3 yards run.

The season was lost in the off season when:

We decided to go with Carson at DT, all off season claimed how much this guy had improved.

When we brought in Wiley, I also remember BP saying that Coleman was the most improved player?

Went into the season with Hunter and NO depth at CB or Nickel.

When we did not grab a back like Duce or Dillion.

When we let QC go and the plan was VT.

When we knew Woodson had problems with the back and aquired no depth at the position.

On and On.

Besides KJ name me one off season move that people can get behind.

Default Here is my thoughts

On offense

Start Henson
Start Lee
Start Crayton (if Morgan is out) if morgan is back make him 3rd wr

Defense

Move Coleman inside to rotate with glover and carson (he seems to slow for outside)
Start Og in his place of wiley and rotate Thorton with him

Move one of the young backs jones or reeves to FS or start Davis move Roy to closer to the line of scrimage even the annoucers commeted how we where wasting Roy's talent and his playmaking ability

This is a long week now is the time to make some tinkering changes

What is the worse that can happen making these changes lose to the Bengals opps we already did that
