Taking all wagers... McCain/Romney & Obama/Clinton
Ok.
Who here really believes that there are any other options for either candidate?
Caroline Kennedy could come out of nowhere. But thats a stretch.
McCain cant pick Lieberman.

VP predictions
I can't say I have a clue who McCain might pick, unless he picks Lieberman. Which would explain why Lieberman has been sucking up to the Republicans lately.
But I predict Obama choses Hillary as his VP running mate.
For purposes of grasping at straws, I think McCain goes with Lieberman.
Who do you predict it will be or not be, for that matter?

Joe Biden or Tim Kaine for the left, Mitt Romney or Sarah Palin for the right.

Romney maybe, but it would really shock me if Obama takes Hillary.

Why would that shock you? I think Romney is pulling the cord on yourself. There are a lot of better guys out there for McCain than Romney.
But I'm curious as to what would surprise you so much about Hillary?

Obama ain't stupid. There isn't an insurance company around that wouldn't cancel his life insurance policy the moment he names Hilary as his VP.

Because when he has been talking about revealing his VP candidate later this week he keeps saying HE and I really think Hillary and Obama despise each other.

I think Obama goes with Bill Richardson to try and pull the swing state New Mexico and to increase his chances with hispanic voters
For McCain I'll go with Minn. Gov Tim Pawlenty

I think Lieberman could backfire on McCain.
Romney - I think McCain and Romney can sell his "business experience and success" in our economy.
I think Richardson is a possibility. But Obama wants in REAL BAD. Hillary is his best shot.
Its all about the Pol getting in... its NOT about the people for them. Either candidate would take PeeWee Herman if it guaranteed a win in Nov.

If McCain were smart he would pick Rommey...I don't see it happening though....I am going to go with Ridge and with that McCain will loose many votes....
If Obama were smart he would pick ex-military...I don't see it happening though...I am going to go with Mrs. Clinton and Obama will gain many votes...

And will be dead before Christmas of next year.
He could not survive standing between that woman and the most powerful position in the world.
