IF Bill Parcell's main plan was to coach the Cowboys for about 4 years and primarily rely on older former players and veterans - then he may as well not even took the job.
This team needs to find a long term answer at QB and RB. It's something we've needed now for several years. But it seems like Bill is only interested in his guys, players he knows from the past. He doesn't seem to have the desire or stamina to deal with and develop younger players and help this organization both now and set it up in good shape for after he leaves.
I have no problem if he only planned on being here about 4 years. But I hope he plans on building a team on more than just a 40+ year old QB and over-the-hill vets. If not, then he'll probably leave with the team in just as bad shape or worse than it was when he arrived.
