Kiffen will have a job inside of a couple of weeks, I'd bet. If I were the Rams, I'd seriously look at Lane Kiffen.

This is the best thing that could happen to Kiffin. He's a bright young coach who was doing a good job considering what he had going against him. Al Davis seriously needs to just go away, the Raiders will never be a winning franchise again until he does.
