While it's mildly interesting, I'm not sure that it's an election issue. If we wanted to spin it, we could make reference to "entitlements to traffic free lanes for important relatives" or abuse of the 911 system, but Joe McCain is not running for office, so let's let him be an idiot without having to make his brother accountable.
