Guilty Pop Pleasures?
Anyone else have pop songs that you are embarrassed to admit loving?
I came across this one a few years ago. It was love at first hear. And Sophie Ellis Baxter not too hard on the eyes either.

I actually like a lot of the 80's pop songs.
But this video always got me when she did the look (around the 2:50 mark)

2:50 on the nose. Must have watched that video a few times before posting.
The girls have changed a little since those days. Check out the pictures on their website. There's even one of them posing with Howard Dean.

susanna hoffs is so hott. As a child of the 80s I loved her.
My friend saw her during her solo attempt in the late 90s playing in a mall in connecticut. that is basically sad, but so goes the life of an 80s star in the mid 90s.
and a bit of a trivia note, a writer or producer cant remember, on the show 21 jumpstreet, one of my all time favorites named Holly robinson peete's character Hoffs after susanna hoffs of the bangles. And of course that Holly robinson peete is cowboys rb coach Skip peete's sister n law!!!!!
oh and I dont have any guilty pleasures, I just like anything I like, I never worry about the label on it. Lots of pop music I like, old and new!

Is it safe to assume, then, that this one is a regular on your playlist?
I have to admit to having a soft spot for Brit pop.
This one never fails to put me in a good mood either.

relatively straight forward thrash and fun to play on guitar as they were not complicated.

Loved slade back in the day, if it were not for slade a certain 80's metal band would not have been as big as they were.
How about a lesser known band...Fastway
Cool drag racing clips in this one.
